I made an in app purchase a week ago for 500 Gold and it had not yet been credited to my account.
I have contacted Catan Universe both via email and via direct message and provided their automated response service with all information required to have this issue resolved.
I am yet to here from a human operator.
Can anyone here relate to this issue? Any notion of how long I may expect to wait to have this issue resolved?
I've checked in with the support team daily over the past week and continue getting only the same automated response.
