Hello, I played a game and in the end game 1 player started to trade like 10 resources for he's friend until he's friend wins where I clearly should have won, this 2 wasted my 2 hours game .
I'm new to the game and I paid for it , is it like this all the time ?!
The players are msmarcel and weakstrong.

This should be solved by @pallid nest , the problem is that even if you report such players in-game, no sanctions are applied. And with "block player" function being broken for years now, one can only help to be lucky enough not to have two such **iots in the game.

So how come this game costs money? You can't get paid while delivering a broken game. I'm gonna sue the money back .

This shouldn't happen often but it's frustrating for sure. Please report these players in-game by clicking on their profile, so we have it on record and can take measures if needed.

The thing is we have no idea what measures are taken against people who are also reported for excessively rude language, team-play, and other behavior that is way out of line. Personally, I reported at least 5 issues with 2 players who were using foul words and insulting other players throughout the game, and the behavior was repeated. So, it seems that even that part is "broken" or nobody is actually dealing with players who act in such way. Please, bear in mind that majority of people play Catan for fun and pleasure rather than coming here to be dealing with insults and swearing and behavioral problems of the others. Do something about it or you will be left with bunch of frustrated people only.

The problem is we have updates every 2 to 4 months or so. I don't see them prioritize the issues, nevertheless what they are and how much important.

We have problems with queues, with the AI bots, with tag-team players, trading sometimes, rejoin loops. You name it. And the worse is the ELO ranking system - how people get or lose points. It's frustrating, indeed.

A player who uses insults, "cheats" with other players or behaves inappropriately in other ways will be banned. It might take a few days/weeks, but these reports are needed to do that.

All of these listed issues are being dealt with or are being worked on. The updates and improvements are taking some time sadly.

Let's take that the things are as you said, although you must understand that we don't see it as such, since there are no obvious improvements on all these things that people are complaining about - is it that difficult for the development team to post here, from time to time, the status, or the plan how these issues will be solved, and some sort of "tentative timeframe" for these to be dealt with? We are now getting to the point where many players are not playing the game anymore for these things, which is a pity, since community is, instead of growing, shrinking and being reduced to most persisting players or those who are here for all the reasons apart from having fun.

I want to use the thread especially to thank the community management for the clear communication in the past time. It drasticly improved from how it was dealt with before.

Sometimes certain things are shifted, and others are added, and some issues are always on the list of improvements (like AI or rejoin), but having somewhat of an idea of what's coming might of course be helpful. I can ask if this is possible at some point, but I can't guarantee anything.
