Hello to everyone, I forgot my password to my account and I can't seem to make it work again, I am reciving the reset code via e-mail but it dose not work to change the password for my acount and I recive a message "time out"

I was finally able to get in by manually typing the code into my phone instead of copying and pasting from my email.

Instaled game on another device, sent the reset code and operei the email on a laptop and it worked, instant reset!😘

Same with me. And I DM’d CM and they couldn’t find my account. I had bought the base game too. Idk how to play now . Rest coded didn’t work
