I bought 900 gold 5 days ago to buy Cities and Knights and the viking bundle, but it never appeared in my account. I emailed support with the steam receipt and 4 days later they've still not got back to me. I heard it may take awhile and don't feel this is acceptable especially when it concerns money spent.
How many people are really working support?
I should get (and anyone else who's had this issue) double the gold back in return for this BS, let alone the 900 to begin with.
