I have been trying since July 21st...at least I did get a response once, but I'm not sure they are actually doing anything. Seems like a pretty simple thing to fix. I request it either gets fixed or have steam refund me the money I paid...

I lost my access and opened a ticket, sent all the info they asked for on May 24st. Still waiting. Ticket = 360383. I contacted support again by email, seems the latest ticket number is 372877. I'd guess they get 2.000 tickets per day and cannot handle them 😵‍💫
