Me too! I went through Steam, was charged $4.99 and did not receive the Gold. Please help!
I have the same issue, put a support ticket in with photos of transaction, email linked with your catan universe account and your ign. Keep in mind will take about a week or two for them to reply...

I sent an email last week and received a response on June 6th confirming receipt of the inquiry. Still waiting for a support member to contact me.
