I just lost a game because the game wouldn't let me use my Year Of Plenty cards. It would only let me use one if it was the first thing I did in my turn before rolling. Is this the intended behavior?

I tried using it as part of my normal turn (after rolling) but it wouldn't let me. The next turn, I tried using it before rolling but after a Knight card, but it wouldn't let me. On the third turn, I had 2 Year of Plenty cards. I used one immediately and it worked, but then I couldn't use the second one for the rest of the turn.

I checked the Almanac to see if it had more info than is on the card itself and it doesn't. They both just say the card "allows the player to select 2 resources of his choice" without mentioning any other restrictions like the Alchemist Card.

I thought I had had the YoP card for a several turns before I tried to use it the first time, but I obviously must not have. I have be playing a lot of C&K where you can play multiple cards in one turn, so I forgot that was a BG rule.

It would be useful if the almanac had that blurb at the top of the Development Cards page because that's immediately where I went when I had a problem with a development card.
