#can’t reestablish password

Old player here. I bought Catan a couple of years back and stopped playing after a big bug I had. I reinstalled the game on my iphone and when I try to re-establish the password. I get the following error after getting the code by email. “Tiempo de espera agotado” (translation would be like “Exhausted waiting time”)
