#Password reset code times out?

I have been having this problem for a while and have gotten logged out of two accounts now (I created a new one after being logged out of the one I originally had). I sent an email to the support on Saturday but have not received a response yet.
My problem is I paid for my account, and I don’t want to have to pay for it again.
I also sent an email to support, but if it’s taken them this long to get back to you, I don’t have high hopes. Dangit, playing Catan is what I use to relax
I paid for my account as well (at least I purchased the Settler’s board I believe to play online with my family on both accounts). That was only $10 total but still, very aggravating and the reset password function doesn’t work at all. At this point, it’s not worth it for me to make a third account.
My hope is that they’ll respond faster on Discord but we’ll see. 😩
Hey, just so you know I tried to reset my password again just now and this time for some reason it worked! Let me know if it does for you too or if I’m just a fluke
I tried and it’s not working. 😭 Do they state the password requirements somewhere? I’ve done capital and lower case letters as well as special characters but nothing’s working. 😩
Uch, that sucks 😢 I know it has to be longer than 6 letters, but I think if there are requirements beyond that it’ll let you know when you try and change it. I hope it ends up working for you, or they finally get back to you.
I have this problem too it's been a year now I think
I get the code but it says the code is invalid when I put a new password in. Very annoying as I bought all the expansion packs and have the dragon avatar
It took about a week, but I did get a reply back from Support via email, that’s probably a good place to reach out

Make sure you include your username and what device/system you’re playing on in the email!
