Hi, I purchased 1000 gold and i did not get it. I already reached them on both form from https://support.catanuniverse.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and directly on [email protected], but there is no respond, and I found comments that there is a lot of people that didn't receive any response from them at all. Can someone help me please, thank you.

Same here. It’s been 4 days, repeated emails, no response to support ticket, no response to issue reported through Apple App Store.

Same here. But I did receive a response from the customer support team, 6 days after my submission. Had to provide proof of payment. We'll see how long it takes before my account gets credited 😂
Update, I was credited the 500 gold today. Quick turnaround to receive my gold once I provided proof of payment!
