I cannot login anymore for about 1 month now and the support didnt help at all
i just get an automated message that should provide a new passwort, but the message only tells me to contact the support.
I have the same problem and support is very un-constructiveabout it. Annoying!💩
Just got in contact with support again. There is no other way than creating a new account. Support offers to credit previous purchases to the new account-you can see them in the history of Play store. I hope that screenshots are sufficient as I do not have any other receipt. ..

Hey, I am in pretty much the same situation as you. Had an account with all the expansions on it, haven't played in a few months, wanted to play again recently with friends and apparently catan has never had an account with my email address 😢 even though I have receipts... Did they refund your gold to your new account?

yeah when I try login or even reset my password it just takes me back to catan.com xD
Update: Now that I sentimentale all evidence to Support to credit the new account support is not so quick with response time anymore. SURPRISE! So far nothing credited but it would not change anything anyway as even with the new account I cannot play at all, solely the tutorials. It really is a shame... Does anyone know the handle for support team? I'd like to tag them here.

Same here. Was thinking of contacting support, but it seems like that won’t help at all… so glad I spent money on this…
