Me too. I've seen a few of these posts with no solution. One person said they successfully created a new account and had their purchases restored to it after a couple weeks of back and forth emails with support. I can't eve get support to respond.

If you don’t recover @sleek light account I will never ever play Catan on CU again.

You have to delete the game and request a refund if you paid for anything. Also write reviews. The game is garbage and the developers are scamming people.
