I really dont know the reason of it the first one when i open to my ipad its comeback to day 1 its showing 2 options my local and data cause i usually transfer my phone to ipad also i have so quite people experience like mine they said they dont exactly reason why it happen

I recommend seeking a refund with Google and/or Apple, given that we won't be issuing any items to your account as mentioned before, that includes pizza pass items, premium purchases, items bought during events, or with in-game currencies like gems or funds.
Thank you for the response haide haide i understand and big sad cause my pizza pass will not restore i guess i have to wait year or months to release also is there an option to process all my refund requests at once? It’s very time-consuming to do them one by one, and it might take days or months to finish😭😭
I recommend contacting Google or Apple for guidance with the refunds. I don't have instructions at hand on how to ask for refunds for multiple items, but I am sure they will let you know if its possible and how to do it.
