Just to verify, what version are you on?
You may want to open a ticket with TapBlaze support. Got to Settings and click the headset icon to start a ticket. If you are unable to this way, you can email them directly at [email protected]. Be sure to follow the requirements found in the last part of the #info channel. Also, keep us updated here if you would.
Alright, I just sent in the ticket! Sorry for the delayed response, hopefully this bug will get fixed soon ^^
