Gam doesn’t update between devices

i opened the game on my phone, planted some crops in the garden, and then i closed the game
two hours later, i opened the game on my iPad and when i checked the garden, my crops weren’t there
confused, i opened the game on my phone and my crops were there
is this some sort of bug or is it supposed to behave like that?
does anybody else experience this?

Unfortunately no, this is something with the game and its servers, I'd say it's out of our hands but you may email support about it if you like
