I think this one should be mailed to support with a screen recording with ad info
- Exact name of the game, length of the ad and game company name
- Any video clips of the ad, especially including the logo and ad timer
- Ad network and game name (the sponsor of the ad game itself written in the ‘(i)’ or ‘information’ button)
- Your device model name/ iOS or Android system version number
- Please send us a screenshot of your in-game settings with a TapBlaze ID present.
I emailed support before about ads causing me problems and this is what they needed to check
well im not qualified to know any of that
