I am on chapter 5, where on the day, I find the polar bear and invite them to my pizzeria.
By time it gets to the end of the day (10pm), the app closes by itself and I have to restart the day where I find the correct polar bear and invite them etc.
It has the current IOS update so I don’t understand what’s going on?

I would try clearing the cache for the game (not game data) and see if that helps. Sounds like something got stuck.
