#Purchased Season 2 (Duck) Master Pass, Didn't Receive All Items

So I caved and paid for the Master Pass. At the end of that day, it seemed like everything activated all right (though the screen and items went by way too fast it seemed like with the buttons sticking a bit) -- but then the next day, aside from the Duck Mascot and the Duck Buddy Topping Helper, I didn't have ANY of the decoration items or anything else that I'd paid for. And the Duck Notes Topping seems to be bugged, won't activate either. Please help!

Also I contacted Support through the app, but despite them mentioning the importance of including TapBlaze ID I only saw one section asking for a receipt upload. I replied to the courtesy email with a screenshot of my ID but don't know if that'll cut it.

I'm not exactly rolling in dough IRL myself right now so I'd just like to get my money's worth that's all. Thanks to anyone who reads this and can give me any more advice. (Tried clearing my app cache and rebooting my phone already. My wifi connection is perfectly stable also.)

What exactly are you missing? Master pass gives you chef's pass items and 1,000 pizza pass tokens to get you through the first 10 levels immediately. As far as I am aware of, there is no other decorations it gives. You still have to earn them.

Also, can you post a video of you activating the duck skin and it not showing when you place duck on a pizza?

If you mean the LED floors and disco lights, you get them from the meter

and for the topping skin, check shop > decorations > topping skin, if it is still in default form you should be able to change it from there any time (although the skin should be immediately activated or so I experienced, same for buddy, worked right away)

Ohhhhh, okay! Welp, I guess I misread when it said 'Exclusive premium décor', thought it would just give you all the things. I did do this all at a rather late hour so that's totally my duh. 😵‍💫

And I would, but apparently it decided to start working just fine suddenly. 😅 😅 Sooo...yeah. I'm glad but feel like such an idiot now. Regardless, thank you so much for your time and advice. I appreciate it a ton!
