#Xbox App not working?

I really can't tell if its an issue on my end or a Shadow/Microslop thing but i still have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I've logged into it through the Xbox App today because i wanted to test FH6 but for some reason i can't? The app says the Microsoft store acc differs from the Xbox acc and i have to set my xbox acc as my microsoft store acc but nothings happening.
It says i dont have a subscription or anything although i have one (as seen in the screenshot)

So my question is do i have to contact Microsoft about it or what should i do?

account should match, if you have used another account you need to log out from it first from store & account, I don't see how it could be a shadow issue so better contact microsoft
