Blur and bad graphics

I just buy shadow and the desktop quality very god but in the games there is blur and bad graphics and Graphics settings in the game I selecte ultra and nothing change

i try another game and Same problem

not sure about what to expect with your picture, but there's compression at play with shadow, you can improve a bit by switching to H265 and increase bitrate, but grass, far distance objects, and gradient suffers from it

And the PC is not using its full power.

there's no solution, and regarding PC usage, it depends on game, game settings, but you can reach 100% CPU/GPU with proper options

The graphics settings are set to maximum and the resolution is 2K in Crimson Desert, and the graphics card usage does not higher 50 and just 40 fps with DLSS enabled. in the game
