Well typically, this would appear if Windows was reset.

You would need to do a VM reset via your account webpage. Close the App, issue shutdown via your VM management, then issue reset after 5 min (should say Ready to launch when shutdown)

Yeah typically 30-60 mins. Just keep an eye on the VM status after 30 mins
