Hi all - a couple of quick questions, I'd be very grateful of any thoughts! Is Shadow VR still on Sidequest? I can't find it and I've searched a lot. I know it isn't supported any more but I need to try it.
Second question - my Shadow PC shows on my Meta Quest 3 but it won't connect - it says it is "unreachable". I know this is a common issue. I am trying to connect via virtual desktop to my Shadow PC, using the virtual desktop streamer app on my Shadow PC and on Meta Quest 3. It connected PERFECTLY in my Meta Quest until a few weeks ago and has never connected since. I never changed any settings. I'm UK based. Any ideas why?
ChatGPT thinks it's a UDP tunnel establishment failure (?) I have done a ton of troubleshooting, including reinstalling VD on Quest and Shadow, checking firewall access, not using VPN on Shadow, deleting and reinputting my username on Shadow virtual desktop streamer, and much more. This is why I want to try the Shadow app, just to get it working.
I will make a proper support post if needed (i.e. with all my troubleshooting listed, though I think I've covered most of it!) but will try Shadow support first. But if anyone has any quick answers that would be amazing since I really need to use Shadow on my Quest asap. Thanks for any input 🙂
