Well as far as i know, Shadow was Whitelisted, then in dec there was a EAC update that put shadow off Whitelist
it got fixed ''temp''
but EAC had another update 8 days ago and it shut all VM's off
( even tho shadow pc Was Whitelisted)

from tupper some of the staff have been effected but there isn't much they can do about it as people on there end checked and nothing was changed

Meaning - its up to Epic games / EAC
to unblock and re-whitelist Shadow

( only issue is trying to contact them proves to be a nightmare. and not easy)

UPDATE

While we are currently talking with Epic, it isn't seeming to go anywhere. Just more of the same loop of telling us to talk to VRChat, and VRChat telling us to talk to Epic. However, it is a step.

Again, a good alternative to VRChat right now is either Resonite or ChilloutVR. Both are similar to VRChat, if less refined.

And for the love of everything, do not spam Shadow Support, Epic Support, or VRChat Support. Regardless of whos to blame, Shadow or VRChat or Epic or whoever, spamming or "starting a war" will only cause problems and give VRChat reasons to make this permanent. Leave their respective servers alone, and keep positive conversations here.

A TLDR: Epic is not being of much help, but we're in contact with them. Don't go threatening anyone in their devstreams, servers, support channels, or anything else.
