what is the nvidia app version?
what is your shadow graphic model?
what driver version do you have installed?

also i think that message could be because you have old graphic card drivers version...

use this DDU to uninstall drivers...
then install it again... then from the 3 options of the driver from nvidia app.. choose the one Recomended. from top right select input...

or change between those 3 and test.. i dont know if could be that the cause.. cuz i dont use nvidia to record... or use any type of overlay from them..
But could be the case...

Also, you could have double drivers.. some old driver installed yet... that can cause that..

if so the DDU it self should solve it.

i did would i install the drivers back with the nvidia app again ?

cus i did that twice and nothing changed
