#Minimize Latency

I have pretty fast upload and download speeds (>500 MBPS). My laptop is behind one wooden door from my monitor, and about 25-30 feet away. My Internet is 5GHz, and while there are quite a few devices on it, I get similar latency at night.
I average ~51.4 MS latency from shadow to my local machine, and ~68 MS in SteamVR.
I usually use my HMD as a monitor via Virtual Desktop, and so I keep Shadow's stream down to about 1-5 MBPS, because I'm only using my local machine for mouse/keyboard input.
My router is the standard one given with Windstream in Alabama, and I connect to the DC Datacenter. My local machine is an ASUS laptop, my HMD is a Meta Quest 3, and I'm using the Power subscription.

Any tips for reducing input latency?

Can I even connect an Ethernet cable to my laptop? And if I do, since I use my HMD (which isn't wired to anything) as a monitor, would it even noticeably change anything for me?

But I'll do that, thx ^w^

Yeah so I checked my actual input latency, and it's~310MS when I'm using two monitors, but only 72 otherwise lol
