for ShadowUSB, it requires to use the controller wired and a very stable latency <30ms in general

I have it wired and i do see the option

Your ping too high sadly, it most likely explain the issue

Oh yeah it does that a alot, but when my ping is low even then it doesn't work

Just the button in general don't work, what should i do?
Cuz I tested my imputs on my local pc and it seemed to work even with the touchpad

if it doesn't tick, it's either network latency (overall) or the device you are trying to forward is not supported, no need to spam the button

i can confirm macbook + dualsense wireless/wired Shadow and the VM detects it correctly, even ingame icons are the proper ones, only the touchpad not working.

Same setup but Moonligth+Apollo touchpad working fine

yes, they are using another method on those (inputino) that supports higher level feature, shadow uses VigemBus

but VigemBus has touchpad support, its worked with DS4Windows

most likely not implemented by Shadow and yes, you are right under windows Apollo uses VigemBus too

But the weird thing, even if I don't have USB over IP feature, for years, the Touchpad on DS4, work without a problem on Android device and I talk even Shadow too.

Did you use USB or was it Bluetooth?

Then if you got it all connected click on usb forwarding on your selected device (it's the first and only picture in this conversation if you don't know where it is)

You have to download the driver first from the launcher tho and then launch/restart it

Shadow PC pass into system invalid PID/VID (0x054c, 0x05c4) "PS4 DualShock Wireless Controller" via Bluetooth instead of real PID/VID (0x054c, 0x0ce6) related to "PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller".
MacOS shows PID/VID via bluetooth and USB the same PID/VID, but Shadow PC pass the correct PID/VID only via USB somehow.

shadow doesn't fully forward in BT, it's an emulated version of the controller

if you want to fully forward, you need to use it wired in USB and using ShadowUSB
