Erm I believe by clicking on the Vm listed and you’ll have a thing on the side with options.

Is it my 60 or urs ?? I mad 2 tickets tried contact waiting on the operating hours ! Did everything thing u said been doing it since last night .. there’s no such thing as a unnecessary ping gang idk what be wrong with uk ppl if we spend money we expect it to work right or wrong ?

You have to wait for Shadow Support to respond to you, no idea why you’re bringing the fact I’m from UK into this 🤷🏻‍♂️

There’s a big difference between “can’t” and not getting a response. They will reply to you when they get to your ticket.

Maybe somethings wrong with the backend, they updated it a few days ago. You'll need to wait for a response from the support.

Yes. You have to wait. But also if you did by other methods too you’ll just slow the response. One contact method is enough.
