Well you'll need to figure out why it's blocked. When you say you restarted your internet what do you mean, you rebooted your router?

Yeah i rebooted it, it perfectly works before i rebooted it. I rebooted it because my internet is very slow at that time
And after rebooting, that happens, it says i have been blocked
