Going to need more infromation than that.
Well, I run on power, used to it ran on 60FPS, after I reset my computer it’s down to 22.
What’s some info I could give?
That sort of stuff, anyways there's https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758
Since reset have you updated GPU drivers?
Grab latest game ready ones from Nvidia website, then see if that changes.
Download them to my actual PC or shadow pc?
I downloaded the ones to my shadow and it didn’t really do much for me
Shadow.
Alright, I’ll try it again, I reset my shadow so.
Oh and when you say you reset your computer, did you mean your Local one? Doing that should have no affect on the Shadow performance... Maybe the stream, if indeed you didn't reinstall graphics drivers. But In-Game FPS on the Shadow wouldn't change.
Correction about my local, all I did was replace some parts (with better parts) my local computer does run better (not good enough for gaming) than it did before so I don’t know why my shadow wouldn’t be
I turned it on fast mode which bumped me to 30 FPS
So when you say the FPS changed.. Do you mean in-game FPS or the fps shown on the quick menu stats?
quick menu
I haven’t checked in game FPS, all I know is that it’s not the greatest
Like I haven’t viewed a stat checker
If in-game is still what it should be then it's the stream that's lowering it.
I’ll check in game right quick
Okay, I’m running a FPS tester and now I’m at 60???
Like on shadow quick menu and
In the tester
Righto, so the laggy feeling has gone too?
What did you do specifically?
I went onto a frame rate test thing and clicked start test
And my FPS read 60 on the quick menu
Get this though, I stopped it and it went right back down to 30
Yeah.. It's dynamic, only sends what it needs to.
Yeah.
So if the game is running and it's 60fps the stream should be too.
I leave the site and it goes to 30, so that’s weird
Not really.
As I said, it sends what it needs to.. Static images, or just general web browsing doesn't produce much FPS.
Yeah, fair.
Any suggestions besides the drivers to get my FPS to what it used to be?
All my settings are the same, dual screen is off stuff like that
You just said it's behaving how it should..
Only on the FPS checker site, though, then it goes right back down.
So, I close the tab for the FPS checker
And just go to google search tab
And it’s down
Then it is doing what it should. As I said.. "Static images, or just general web browsing doesn't produce much FPS."
If you open a game it goes up, watch a 60fps youtube video, it goes up.
So I just need to go ingame to measure my FPS
Go to desktop it goes down.
No.
If the game FPS is at least 60 the QM stats will show 60. If it's less it will show less.
You can also set the stats to show last 10 mins. So I would advise playing a game for a few mins then looking at the stats, likely it looks fine.
alright, thanks for the help, it’s back up to 60 now!
