Thats a virtual GPU on the Pro Essentials plan. Not a proper GPU. Is that the plan you have?

To play games or software that requires GPU change your plan to Neo.
It’s the next one up, well Pro standard is but it’s not been upgraded yet. So Gaming Neo is the better option.
