did you try the client's repair option?
I'm getting this screen now too. Just used the repair option in the shadow launcher, confirmed with 'ok' and then closed my launcher.
In the VM manager, the status indicator says it is 'ready to launch'. So is it repairing or not?
i takes 30-40 min to repair, during the status can be ready, on, maintanence, off
Okay well the first time the repair didn't work (and the times I tried repairing yesterday). Apparently, in the Help section of the launcher, I first need to turn off my shadow, then make sure the launcher says it's off, then go check the VM indicator online on my account page, then when that says 'Ready to launch', I need to press the repair button in the launcher. Then, after refreshing the VM indicator, it will actually say 'Ready to launch' and 'Maintenance' indicating it's actually being repaired.
So Ill come back around 14:00 and let you know if that worked or not.
