I can launch my shadow but the applications do not work and when I go to my browser it tells me ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

Fully shutdown the Shadow for at least 10 minutes and see if issue persists.

Hmm so same error? What happens when you launch applications?

And the Shadow did fully shutdown? If you check Task Manager > CPU is the uptime the same as if you just turned on?

Okay, open command prompt as admin and enter

Ipconfig /flushdns

like in proxy settings, manual proxy was turned on, and a random proxy address was in
