Looks like you bricked your Shadow. What happened before that screen appeared for the first time? Maybe try shutting down the Shadow, wait for 20 min and try again. If it not helps, contact support or reset your Shadow. Resetting the Shadow is probably way faster than contacting the support.

That's the UEFI, you surely bricked your Shadow. So I suggest to contact Shadow Support and ask them a link to download your data. That's BEFORE reset your Shadow.

you can ask for a fix. they may answer you have to reset though.

Make sure the Shadow is turned off - status must be "stopped" on the website. Then you should be able to reset it. Wait for an hour at least after you started the reset.
