I wanna order this, but it’s asking me, which data center I want to choose. Which one is the best? And does it use p2p to Connect?

Anyway, both servers are quite reliable and stable, considering that in Europe, the one that had given the most problems was the one in Limburg/Frankfurt.

For p2p, yes, Shadow use this technology and as I know 99.9% of shadow IPv4 has now illegal p2p activity tracked, this is mostly how you can get your account banned doing illegal stuff and if someone request a match between activity and when you were connected.

Are you asking if Shadow uses Peer-to-Peer for the connection? If so, no.

I'd assume so, the GPU is a workstation RTX A4500. Just bare in mind there's idle based automated shut down. So if the AI stuff is automated AFK, it won't be suitable.

It is dynamic (depending on time of day, datacentre loads, on-going maintenance) with the stream open, could be 30 mins (or less) could be a few hours. With stream closed, it is 10 mins.

As for Windows 11, just have to make sure Win 10 is fully updated then use the Windows 11 installation assistant (not the ISO install)

Nope, Windows 10 is the Shadow image. Win 11 will likely become the default image when Win 10 is end of life in October.
