I’m on the Portland data center on power upgrade and cannot get into my shadow pc, is anyone else having this issue?

I think I’m on the DC server but I’m having that issue. It’s been jumping between “waiting for an available slot” and “connecting to shadow” for over an hour.

also getting waiting for an available slot, never had a problem like this before. Also when I do log in it is very laggy. There are no issues listed on the status page
