there's queue mostly when there's outages, like a pool of servers down (for any reasons, maintenance/hardware failure...)

Yeah, this is happening to me for the first time ever. Only it’s been sitting at “less than a minute left” for about 10 minutes.

Welp, now it just reset to “10 minutes” on its own… and then kicked me back to the home where it says to start shadow. 🤦‍♂️

I had to reset my shadow and reach out to support. After my reset, they confirmed it was up and running. So far it seems to be working okay but I’m not holding my breath lol

You should all contact support and make them aware, maybe there is a new server issue or the last one came back again.
Also only they have the latest info about the server statuses and the rest

This has been happening to me all week. I've had to wait 2-3 hours at a time without the estimated wait time indicator. I'm so sick of this. I pay good money for this service and I expect it to work on demand.

I don't know what their problem is but I'm getting so sick of this. Even after waiting for a spot for hours on end I have the exact same issue ^ I end up having to restart my shadow pc and start the whole process over. Who has 2-3 hours to waste waiting for this to work? I'm so frustrated.

I've been waiting for an hour and now mine's doing the connecting to shadow thing but won't load or do anything - their customer service does literally nothing to help if you do submit a ticket. If I didn't need this service I would cancel in a heartbeat this is an actual joke.
