when starting shadow its load for a while and then say that shadow is off. and if it dosent do that then it will give me an unknown error.

Ahh. Your windows is in recovery mode. Go to the help section of the Shadow app the (?) and click the Repair button, wait for the process to complete (I believe it says around 40 mins) and then see if boots up properly.

it still wont boot up properly, idk if its only a picture of the recovery mode but it dosent let me do any of the recovery options, it just goes back to the "start" screen and says sahdow is off
