Hi Shadow Support,
I'm currently using your service with the Power Upgrade on a 2560x1440 (2K) monitor running at 144Hz.
I've made sure all settings are correctly configured:
In the Shadow app, resolution is set to 2560x1440, and refresh rate is 144Hz.
Within the Windows system inside Shadow, the same 2560x1440 @ 144Hz is applied.
In-game (Call of Duty: Warzone), the graphics settings are also manually set to 2560x1440 / 144Hz.
Despite these settings, the game appears to be streamed at 1080p or lower. The image looks blurry and soft, especially compared to native 2K gameplay. It’s most noticeable in fast movements and distant objects.
What I’ve already checked:
Upscaling is disabled
Streaming quality is set to "High" in the Shadow app
My local monitor natively supports 2K / 144Hz
Shadow is running in fullscreen mode
Since I'm using the Power Upgrade, I believe streaming at 2K / 144Hz should be fully supported without issues.
So my question is:
Does Shadow currently support full 2560x1440 streaming at 144Hz with the Power Upgrade?
And if yes, what could be causing this drop in visual quality that looks closer to 1080p, despite all the correct settings?
I’d really appreciate any help, suggestions, or clarification you can provide.
Thanks in advance and best regards,
