I upgraded on the 12th of March to Pro Expert for the better GPU but I notice that the new config should have 1GB of Drive and I only see the 512 which I has with the Power config.
I made sure that the VM was off before upgrade and I waiting a few hours before restarting it.
Do I need to reinstall the VM ?

Hmm you're right.. A reset will not help as it seems the storage hasn't been allocated at all. Likely a database sync issue, reach out to Shadow Support.
Be sure to attach that screenshot.

Hi there! Same issue here with exactly same model.
Shadow console displays 256GB, real disk is 512GB, and impossible to add an external storage (blank page). I think it's not an isolated issue and concern this Shadow model.

Hmm well the whole GPU is dedicated, so if you have it you have it. Only issue could be when it's not attached to the VM, but it wouldn't show at all in Task manager, maybe a GPU drivers reinstall might solve any issues.

This post issue is when upgrading from a plan with 512GB (Gaming Power) to 1TB (Pro Expert)
So you've upgraded from plan with 256GB to one with 512GB - (insert those names if you could) and the 512GB isn't showing? Not even 256GB unallocated in Disk Management?

"Shared GPU Memory" will be Half of system RAM ( So 41GB / 2 = 20.5) so this is displaying correctly.

If it's the same thing (upgrade to a plan with more but not showing at all) then it's fine. Just confused me when you said same model., then something about adding external storage.. Anyhoo.. If it's not showing in Disk manangement to extend only support can fix it 👍
