Not sure how you came to that conclusion. You were advised to contact Shadow Support, as they’re the only ones that can help you, with a link to the channel that has the methods of contacting.
It even states in here https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758 to contact support.

I understand frustration and yes it sucks that support times are longer than they should be currently, but unfortunately it's the only way you can sort these things out... Unless you just order again properly.

That seems to be an issue on your end then because I have a lower ping and jitter to these servers even tho I’m in central europe
ok? again no issues when i was on a us server but now that its there im having issues but its on my end? i have really good internet and its plugged in via ethernet so not sure how it would be on my end
