Even though I reset shadow from the panel, the hwid ban in the game remains active. I sent an e-mail but I still haven't received a response. Can you look into it, Shadow team?

No idea how Shadow do HWID stuff and doubt they'll communicate as to what they do either.. However, you're asking in the community help section.

The ticket you opend would have received an automated email with confirmation, if you received that, it's a matter of waiting for Support to reply.

You don't always connect to the same machine, so this could be why 🤷‍♂️

Support response times are longer than ideal at the moment yes, but they are the ones best suited to answer.

As mentioned, as long as you got the confirmation that ticket is opened, it's just a matter of waiting.

Support response times are unfortunately up to 72hr currently from what I have heard, so you'll just have to wait. As mentioned as long as you got the confirmation email, it's a matter of wating.

I talked to the official of the game, they said the problem is with our anti-cheat, they said contact the virtual machine company you bought it from.

They say if you delete the virtual machine and reinstall it, the problem will be fixed.

Since the hardware IDs will change, my ban will remain automatic.

They tried to uninstall it with a 3rd party program, but unfortunately Shadow crashed, so they say contact the company.

Depends on what they check. Without going into too many details, there are consistencies in a Shadow hardware ID that are tied to your account specifically and not the changing hardware.
