I'm experiencing several issues with my Shadow PC on my MacBook Pro (M4 Pro), and I would appreciate assistance in resolving them. Here's a summary of the problems:
Error Code A-104: When attempting to access my Shadow PC, I encounter the error code A-104. The app also displays an "Unknown Error" message. This happens both in Safari and Firefox.
"Getting Your PC Ready" Message: The app says, "We're getting your PC ready in the nearest datacenter," but I have already received the "Your PC is ready" email. This message persists, and I’m unable to proceed further.
Power Button Issue in Console: In the console where I manage my Shadow PC, I am unable to press the power button. This may be related to the other issues I’m encountering.
Start Loop: Yesterday, I was able to get into the app without seeing the "PC isn't ready" message, but there was no error code. However, I encountered a start loop instead, where the app kept trying to boot up but never fully loaded my PC.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Restarted the Shadow app and logged out and back in.
Checked my internet connection (it's stable).
Tried using both Safari and Firefox browsers.
Reinstalled the Shadow app to ensure there are no corrupted files.
Verified that I have received the "Your PC is ready" email and ensured there are no follow-up actions required on my end.
