Stuck at 0% on update and Shadow PC won't shut off

I have been stuck for hours with it trying to update. Then I just tried shutting it down waiting then retrying but am having the same issue with it shutting down. IT has been an hour of it trying and nothing...

the only fix for that issue i found was reset the pc from the website

I already reset it. Took less time to reinstall and download everything
