Hey everyone, so I’m totally stumped here. I’ve had shadow for a couple years now. Never had an issue like this this morning. I was doing my thing and abruptly got disconnected from shadow since then I have not been able to establish connection with it again whatsoever. I’ve tried mobile I’ve tried Desktop. I’ve tried the web browser version. The all thing is it will attempt to connect and then just randomly stop like it timed out and it gives me no error messages or anything to go off of whatsoever. The other odd thing is at any attempt of trying to start it when I go look at my PC on the website where it would normally show the status changed that it’s running, it does not change whatsoever. It just stays at stopped. It’s driving me nuts lol I have already put in a support ticket, but was hoping anyone else had some ideas or experience the same thing or maybe this is a known problem at the moment that I missed and searching for an answer. Thanks.

First time user of Shadow here 🤚. Just purchased a few hours ago and I'm experiencing the same issue. So frustrating...
Still going I suppose also , i'm over in the east Coast and it was working fine just before 2pm for me
I figured it out. It was just a total freaking nightmare and a half.
