I have 2 issue about my shadow, first one was, my shadow keeps freezing up a lot of time for around 3 - 8 second, not sure why. And my 2nd issue was, lately my shadow keep having latency issue, it keeps going around 40 ms to 60 ms and sometime over 100 ms. I had tried to change my maximum bit rate back and forth and even set my fps from 40 to 50 to 60, and its still have not changing anything. The latency been happening like this for almost a week now, and it still haven't been better, please help. (Sorry my English isn't very good).
#Shadow keeps studder once every 3 - 5 minutes

That's very high latency.. Also the 4ms from your device to router is high, should show 1ms (but be under 1ms)
Have you restarted your router to see if improves? Are you using wifi? Where are you located and where is your Shadow?
I have tried restarting the router and it still haven't changed the difference. and I am using WIFI. My shadow is located in Washington dc, but I am currently in North Carolina
latency way to high you should have something like 10-15ms total latency for your location
make sure you are not using any kind of VPN
It could be because I have a potato pc and no, I am not currently using any VPN. This has been happen for a weeks now and nothing have changed. I thought it could be that there are maintenance on the server but it been too long so I just contract support to figure out the problem.
It could also be the problem with my router but I wouldn't think so because I been using it for over a year now, and this just started to happen around Christmas time and before then it usually around 20 - 30ms.
from your local post me screenshot result of :
so is there a fixing to this?
open a support ticket if not done already, this is the main and official way of getting support
Mines doing it too and a couple other people u not the only one
Same here .
no need to +1 without giving details, as ISP name, location, shadow datacenter, speedtest results, you also better open a support ticket as your issue may be completely different from OP (as detailed here https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758, this is the only way for community volunteer to attempt to help)
That jitter is unholy. Even my ADSL connection is more stable.
