Hey there,

I am in spain and my schadow is in france, so thats 1300km distance. my latency is around 40ms from here which means i can play games, it seems to work OK but as soon as i want to play VR, its almost impossible with that high latency.

i have a 1GB connection at home and latency from my device to the router is 3ms.

i wanted to ask if its something with my device or connection or is it really just the distance to my shadow pc?

i attached the pingpotter screenshots, one from the shadow and one from my device.

I drew a little map and figured out the distances. Seems about right for just physics and routing overhead holding you back.

My math landed at 35ms

You can probably drop 5ms by using Ethernet straight to your router.
