Still not allowing me to verify my email, sends me a verification email and when I click it it just has me enter my email to receive another email to do the same thing. It's the correct email I've received everything confirming the service is set up and active but I can't use if I don't verify and support won't answer me.

Pretty common issue it seems. Some people just keep trying and have eventually gotten it to work.
