I purchased extra storage and it's not showing up I emailed support 7 hours ago and haven't received anything back I would appreciate help before I wind up breaking something else trying to fix this I don't appreciate wasting money on something I DIDN'T receive

That just made things worse I'm not a tech person at all and I screwed something up trying to do supports job now I have the problem of it saying windows couldn't be activated
