Is it safe to do on shadow PC pro advanced? Or not recommended?

when it's offered you can safely do, exception is made with latest version with Shadow Box / Shadow Ghost users that seems to be incompatible with latest Windows update.

As I understand, this update is safe to install in this case, yes? because it was offered by Windows. This was not offered by the shadow originally.
