Hello, i've recently bought the power subscription of Shadow PC yesterday, i've been waiting for the computer to be activated on my end despite the email i've got saying it was activated. I'm a new customer and it's already giving a bad experience to me. I'd like to know how to fix it. I live in Switzerland, sent 3 emails to support but no replies and it's getting annoying. If any one can help, i'd really appreciate it. Thanks. (Files attached are in french but the email is basically saying that my PC is activated and can be ran but I cannot access it.)

Note that the website DOES say that the computer would be done within an hour (60 minutes) and i've been waiting a day and longer is already a bad customer experience...

Hi. The Shadow support can only look into it. Have you received the support ticket ID's as email? When not the support tickets weren't opened. Then you could try via #support-ticket
When you received the email responses / ticket ID's: It can be that there are a lot of tickets open since last weekend so it can take a bit
I have not recieved any ID's from email support, as i've never gotten a response from the 3 emails i've sent them. I have not opened a ticket yet on this Discord server as i've just joined now today.
I really hope this gets resolved soon because I feel like i've just thrown away 60 bucks for nothing...
You've sent emails? Because the only normal way would be via website on 'support' tab. Emails mostly don't generate ticket ID's automatically and it can be that the support never gets them.
I also hope for you. When this is a Shadow problem then the support maybe would correct the start date of your sub to the date since when you're able to use Shadow.
I login to my account, go into the support tab and can only send emails, there is no live chat or whatnot from what I've seen.
Ah okay. Yeah that's what I've meant. This is the normal way. I thought you've sent a real email from Outlook or Gmail... When you've done this via support tab and you've got no answer then maybe there's the issue. Then you're only able to use thie #support-ticket channel. This tickets open automatically
I'm thinking of waiting a bit more just to be sure, probably in an hour or two and if i don't get an answer soon i'll open a ticket in the ticket channel. This has been on my mind for a bit and it is getting on my nerves a little bit since I wanted to use the Power plan for personal projects + gaming for future purposes but i get slowed down with the error...
Did you got any new ? I took the subscription yesterday and I have the same issue
Try logging out of the launcher and logging back in, or seeing if the web client works.

I expect an issue with the account email validation on their side, even though I validated it multiple time
But this means I have to wait until Monday, which is a shame because I wanted it for the weekend...
